1 pound fresh sliced mushrooms (I used Baby Bella and Shitake)
DIRECTIONS: Step 1: Combine onion, vinegar, olive oil, parsley, brown sugar, garlic, salt, and dry mustard in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in mushrooms, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Step 2: Transfer mushroom / onion mixture to bowl until ready to serve. Step 3: Grill Steaks until desired doneness. Step 4: Top steaks with mushroom / onion mixture and serve.
